BioI seek the boundless, the true, the good. In the grey, I'm drawn to polarized light, I desire an impossible clarity. The intersections of life - the concrete and the ephemeral, the hyperkinetic and the graceful, the conjunction of doing and being, is where I aim. The fields of computer science and history of fine art attracted my attention. Poetry stirs my soul. Photography tingles my bones. People charge my spirit, warm my heart, ignite my dreams. My favorite color is blue, especially the deep dark blues of the autumn night sky and the green blues off the northern shores of Prince Edward Island.
I was born in Vermont and have lived most of my life in Massachusetts. One side of my family came over from Greece three generations ago, the other from Scotland. With parents who are Catholic and Greek Orthodox, I was was baptized Eastern Catholic but consider myself spiritual (with Buddhist leanings) at this point in my life. I love to exercise both parts of my brain, but have yet to find a way to do that and make a living doing it. At this moment if I had to pick a word to describe my inner mind, it would be 'syncretic'.
